Privacy Policy

Effective June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Sport Surge Inc., which operates Progress Report (“Sport Surge Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using Progress Report, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts belong to a parent or guardian

Progress Reportis used to assess and train youth athletes, and is directed to the parents and guardians who set up and manage accounts — not to children. The account holder must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the athlete. The parent or guardian provides the athlete's information and consents to its use as described here. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts.

What we collect

How we use it

We use this information to create and manage your account, run the assessment, generate the personalized training program, email the program and account notices, take payment for a report cycle, provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sellyour or your athlete's personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the product work — currently Stripe (payment processing) and Resend (transactional email) — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others. If the business is ever transferred, information may pass to the successor under this same policy. Uploaded card scans are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. It is essential to how the site works. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.

How long we keep it

We keep account and athlete information for as long as your account is active, and as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. When you delete your account, we remove the associated athlete profiles, scores, and uploaded card scans; limited records (for example, payment and tax records) may be retained where the law requires.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — including hashed passwords, access controls, and storing uploaded card scans outside the public web root behind authenticated access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address issues promptly.

Children's privacy

Progress Reportis intended for athletes roughly age 10 and up, and some athletes may be under 13. We collect a child's information only from a parent or guardian who sets up the account and consents to that collection and use for the purpose of running the assessment and training program. We do not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary, and we do not condition participation on disclosing more than needed. A parent or guardian may review their athlete's information, ask us to correct it, refuse further collection, or delete it at any time by contacting us. We do not knowingly use children's information for advertising or sell it.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and athlete information, and you may withdraw consent by deleting your account, at any time. Depending on where you live (for example, California and certain other U.S. states), you may have additional rights — such as the right to know, access, delete, or correct your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no need to opt out of those activities. To make a request, email us below; we may need to verify your identity first.

Where we operate

Progress Report is operated by Sport Surge Inc. in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be handled in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or the law evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above, and material changes will be reflected here. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
