Getting started

What is Progress Report?+

A coach-graded report card paired with a personalized training program for youth athletes (soccer first). Your coach grades your skills, you enter the scores, and we build a plan weighted toward your weakest areas.

What ages is it for?+

It's designed for athletes age 10 and up. Younger players can use it with a parent's judgment, but the assessment and program are built for 10+.

What equipment do I need?+

Not much — a ball, a wall or rebounder, and a few cones cover most of it. Most partner drills include a no-partner alternative.

Pricing & cycles

How much does it cost?+

A one-time $20 per athlete unlocks a full report cycle: the printable card, score entry, and your 70-day training program.

Is it a subscription?+

No — it's a one-time payment per cycle. There's nothing recurring. When you want to re-assess and get an updated program, you start a new cycle.

How long is a cycle?+

10 weeks. Near the end we'll remind you so you can re-grade and measure your progress with a fresh cycle.

Can I use it for more than one kid?+

Yes. One account, one email — add each athlete from your dashboard and run a separate cycle for each.

The report card

Why is the report card on paper?+

By design. Asking your coach for honest feedback, facing it in person, and entering your own scores builds accountability — owning where you are so you can improve.

Who fills it out?+

Your coach/trainer. They grade each section between one and ten based on where they think you rate based on your age group.

I can't get it to print — what do I do?+

From the report card page, use the Print button and choose “Save to Files” (PDF) if you can't print directly. On an iPhone, tap “Allow” when Safari asks about printing.

Scores & your program

How does scoring work?+

Each skill is graded 1–10, relative to what's expected for the athlete's age group — so it measures where you are right now, not against pros.

How is my training program built?+

It's weighted toward your weakest areas: the lower a skill scored, the more your plan trains it. No drill repeats within the same day, and the hard running/conditioning workouts are never scheduled back-to-back.

Where do I find my program?+

Right after you enter your scores, on your Training Focus page — and it's emailed to you too. It's a printable 70-day calendar plus a key explaining every drill.

Can I change my scores later?+

Yes — you can edit your scores any time from the score page, and your focus updates accordingly.

Training

What are the A–Z drills?+

They're the workout library. Each day on your calendar lists drill letters; the “Workout key” below the calendar explains exactly what each letter is.

I don't have a partner — can I still train?+

Yes. The partner drills include a solo alternative (a wall, a rebounder, or a visualization) so you're never stuck.

Are there videos for the drills?+

Video demos are on the way. For now, follow the written descriptions — YouTube is a great resource for any drill you want to see in action.

What about rest days and injuries?+

Rest days are built into the program — rest is how you get stronger. If anything hurts, stop and talk to a medical professional.Health & safety disclaimer

Account & help

Who owns the account?+

Accounts belong to a parent or guardian, who consents to the athlete using Progress Report. The info you provide is used to run the report and program.

I found a bug or have a question.+

Use Report a Bug — it comes straight to us and we'll get on it.
